Rooted in Macomb County, Casey comes from a fifth-generation blue-collar union family on her mother’s side, with four generations dedicated to union work. On her father’s side, she is a second-generation U.S. citizen, descended from Italian and German immigrants. Many of Casey’s relatives are lifelong residents of Macomb County, union workers, and Veterans. A proud East Detroit Shamrock, class of 2002, Casey graduated from Macomb Community College with a degree in Small Business & Entrepreneurship. Despite facing significant challenges—from losing everything they owned to Adam’s recovery after being struck by a car—their unwavering faith and devotion to each other have carried them through. From waiting tables at Andary’s to selling electronics at Radio Shack, she’s lived the blue-collar life and understands the struggles of working families. As a stay-at-home mom, Casey raised her three children with values of hard work, integrity, and community. Her service as a crossing guard, field officer for local initiatives, and five-term Republican Precinct Delegate reflects her deep commitment to everyday families. In 2016, Casey became the first woman elected to the Michigan Open Carry, Inc. Board of Directors, and in 2025, she made history again as its first female President.
